Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the scope. A lean business website is usually live within two to three weeks, larger projects with booking systems or custom backends take four to six weeks. How quickly content and feedback come from the client also plays a big role.
What does a website cost?
A website starts at €700. The exact price depends on the scope, whether it includes a backend, booking system or multilingual setup. We discuss that in a short initial conversation and provide a binding quote.
Can content be updated independently later?
Yes, if needed. We set up a simple content management system so texts and images can be updated independently. Those who don’t need that get a lean site without a backend, cheaper and lower maintenance.
What happens after launch?
The website runs on our servers in Germany. We handle hosting, updates and minor adjustments on request. There’s no mandatory maintenance contract, if you need support, you get it.
What if only a small change is needed?
A quick email or WhatsApp message is enough. Minor changes are billed by effort, larger ones get a quote. There are no minimum fees.
Why not WordPress?
WordPress is solid for many use cases but comes with some downsides: lots of plugins, regular security updates, often slow loading times. We use Astro instead, a more modern system that delivers faster sites and requires less maintenance long-term. If you specifically want WordPress, you’re probably better off looking elsewhere.
Is the website GDPR compliant?
Yes. We implement GDPR compliance as standard: custom cookie banner, privacy-friendly tracking, hosting in Germany. Privacy policy and legal notice are included.
